CLASSES
First you need to find it interesting to learn
YEAR 7-9 GENERAL SCIENCES
Physics, Chemistry and Biology
It is very important to build a solid foundation of knowledge during the early years before they get ready for their public exams. A good foundation does not only include memorisation of knowledge but it is to be able to question about the world. Understanding the answers and theories about the things that are happening around us everyday helps inspire students to want to find out more by themselves.
YEAR 10-11 GENERAL SCIENCES
GCSE, IGCSE, IBMYP Physics, Chemistry and Biology
This is the time when students are starting to pile up with more knowledge for the public exams. This is a stressful period for students and family. This is why learning about exam techniques and skills are very important at this stage. Memorising notes off the book will not be enough. AÂ proper guidance about the key points specific to different exam boards and papers can make revision more efficient.
YEAR 12-13 BIOLOGY
IBDP, GCE A-LEVELS, Pre-UÂ or equivalent
One of the most important exams is the pre university exams. This stage requires constant revision because last minute revision will not be sufficient anymore if you are aiming high. There is going to be A LOT of content to be taught, this is why finding key points and focusing on them are very important. At the same time, practicing with past paper questions is not an option! A proper guidance can be helpful to make revision time more efficient.
YEAR 10-11 MATHS
IGCSE, IBMYP or equivalent
There are always more than one way to solve a maths problem. However, in order to be good at maths, understanding maths is a vital step! Year 10-11 Maths classes mainly focus on explaining the foundation of maths with step-by-step guidance to solve different levels of maths questions carefully selected by our maths tutor, Kay. Preparing well for IGCSE exam also builds a solid foundation in maths for pre-universities public exams like IBDP or A-levels.
YEAR 12-13 MATHS
IBDP (SL/HL) (AI/AA) , A-levels
Pre-universities public exams are one of the most important and nerve-wracking exams for a high school student. Year 12-13 maths classes are designed to help students keep in pace with their understanding in different topics at the same time providing guidance and past paper training to let them reach their full potential, of course this also requires students' own hard work as well! But we believe that with a proper study plan and a well-structured learning scheme including theory explanation and past paper drilling sessions during these 2 years can make this journey more manageable and less stressful.
